Birthday Boy Samiullah Shinwari stars for Janakpur Royals 

Samiullah Shinwari, who turned 35 today, led Janakpur Royals to a 49-run win over Biratnagar Super Kings in the ongoing 2022 Nepal T20.

After losing the toss and being asked to bat, the Royals posted 189/5 in 20 overs. Shinwari top scored with 78* from 40 balls, which featured 6 fours and 6 sixes. 

Everything Shinwari touched, turned to gold as he picked 3/21 with the ball as BSK posted 140/7. Hussain Talat top scored with 42 for BSK. Lalit Rajbanshi continued his fine form with the ball, picking 2/21 for the Royals. Samiullah Shinwari was adjudged the Player of the Match for his stunning all-round display. 

The Royals are placed 2nd in the tables with 8 points and a Net Run Rate of +0.331.
